Little Bears playgroup is held every Thursday morning by Grace Church Bognor Regis 10:00 - 11:30

Straight after our Youth Drop-In is the ever popular 24Fit class, running between 6pm & 7pm. Just £15 a month, this community fit club will help you with your cardio, strength, nutrition as well as run fitness and tanita checks. Plus theres a prize for the Star of the month. Be the best version of yourself amongst a community of like minded people.

Tuesday's and Thursday's are Boxercise night at the centre,from 7:15pm and 8:15pm Sean will put you through your paces. £5 per session.
